Have you heard the exciting news with Tastefully Simple this fall? They have released four gluten-free mixes.
They are:
- Gluten-Free Cinnamon Apple Cake Mix
- Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie Mix
- Gluten-Free Vanilla Bean Pound Cake Mix
- Gluten-Free Beer Bread Mix
I had the opportunity to recently review the Gluten-Free Beer Bread Mix. To make this delicious creation, you need the mix, 12 oz. carbonated beverage (gluten-free beer or soda), 1 egg or egg substitute, and 3 Tbsp. butter (optional). That’s it! I used ginger ale to make the beer bread in this review.
Simply add the Gluten-Free Beer Bread Mix, your choice of carbonated beverage, and an egg to your mixing bowl.
Whisk the batter until smooth.
Then pour in a greased 9 x 5 pan. I did drizzle the batter with butter and tried it in my silicone loaf pan.
Bake until golden brown. This loaf makes approximately 13 servings.
Yum!! Who would have guessed simplicity to look and taste this delicious?
Beyond making a loaf of gluten-free beer bread, you can make mini loaves, grilled cheese sandwiches, toast, or croutons.
