Halloween is quickly approaching and if you are having a party, ideas for food and drinks may be on your mind.  Tastefully Simple has some unique and fun party ideas to impress and satisfy your guests.

My family and I recently tried some of the products featured in Tastefully Simple’s Happy Halloween Collection.  The following featured items may be purchased individually from Tastefully Simple too.

Tastefully Simple’s Pumpkin Spice Cheese Ball Mix can be made by simply adding cream cheese, chilling, and shaping into a ball.  I mixed it up a little and used it to make a fruit dip.

Cream cheese was used with the mix and also marshmallow crème.   I thought I might still be able to shape it into a ball, but it was too gooey.

My cream cheese was a bit too cool and chunky yet, but we enjoyed the dip with apple slices.  This dip also compliments pears nicely.

Pumpkin Spice Cheese Ball Mix can be served with Tastefully Simple’s Twisty Grahams® or made into a no-bake cheesecake or mini cheesecakes.

Here is one that is fun for children and adults – Spider Italian Pizza Chili.  This dish requests Tastefully Simple Pizzeria Seasoning.  Italian sausage is browned and then the seasoning is added.

Tomatoes, kidney beans, pepperoni slices, and water are added to the pan next.  These ingredients simmer together for 30 minutes.  It can be garnished with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and olive spiders, which are made from olives and chow mien noodles.

How about a soup for your Halloween party?  Pumpkin Soup with Herbed Pumpkin Seeds may fly high on your radar.  Three Tastefully Simple products are used in this recipe – Rustic Herb Seasoning, Onion Onion Seasoning, and Avocado Oil.

Onion Onion Seasoning is sautéed with the avocado oil first.

Then vegetable broth, canned pumpkin, and Rustic Herb Seasoning are added to the saucepan.

Coconut milk was also added.

Pepitas (roasted and salted shelled pumpkin seeds) are then tossed in parmesan cheese and a little avocado oil.  The seeds pictured are green from the hulless pumpkins we raised in our garden.  No need to shell them.  🙂

The pumpkin soup can then be ladled in bowls or cordial glasses.  Sour cream can be used to create a wavy ring between two layers of soup.

Tastefully Simple Happy Halloween Collection is available through October 31 and may be purchased from the Tastefully Simple website or your nearest consultant.  As stated earlier, these Tastefully Simple items may also be purchased individually.  Have a fun and safe time enjoying upcoming gatherings and events.

Disclosure:  I received product samples for this post.  No other compensation was received.
