I received SLIMQUICK Pure last week to sample. This is a protein weight-loss shake powder offered by one site I trust. It comes in French vanilla and double chocolate. I elected for the French vanilla.
Features of SLIMQUICK Pure:
- Protein designed specifically to help women lose 3 x the weight in 13 weeks
- It provides 20 grams of whey protein and 6 grams of fiber per day
- Only SLIMQUICK Pure Protein is made with BioPure Green Tea, a natural extract that has been modified through antibody sequencing. It has been shown in a published clinical study to help overweight women lose 3 times the weight versus dieting alone in just 13 weeks on a 1350 calorie diet (participants of study lost 25 lbs. vs. 8 lbs)
To use SLIMQUICK Pure, simply add one scoop of the powder to only 4 oz. of water and mix for about half a minute in a shaker or blender. Take a serving in the morning with food and a serving 6 hours later with an afternoon meal or snack. Do not exceed two servings within a 24 hour period.
This shake blend has the following ingredients: whey protein concentrate, Fibersol-2 digestion resistant maltodextrin, taurine, sunflower oil creamer (sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, soy lecithin, sodium silicoaluminate, tocopherols), natural flavors, guar gum, salt and sucralose. It’s a little weird that the BioPure Green Tea is not listed with the ingredients unless that falls under natural flavors.
The product I received is 10.58 oz. (300 g). SLIMQUICK Pure in this size retails on Amazon.com currently for $32.06 and provides 15 servings, only 7 days worth. Walmart.com has this product for almost half at $19.88 each. I didn’t take pictures, but I thought my pants felt a little loose since starting SLIMQUICK Pure, but as summer sets in Minnesota, I usually do feel a small amount of weight-loss just from more time being active outside.
It is best to take SLIMQUICK Pure with water. I tried adding it to my coffee once and the powder almost seemed to curdle from the heat. Eew.. The taste of the vanilla is good, but I thought it was too sweet with only 4 ounces of water as recommended. I blame that on the artificial sweetener, sucralose. Each serving has 70 calories and it is a bit troubling that it also has 30 mg of cholesterol.
