Santa to arrive at Mall of America® with real-life reindeer and singing Elves

Description: Description: http://www.mallofamerica.com/media/event/339-1350663717.jpgWHAT: The holiday season at Mall of America® will officially begin with the arrival of Santa on Thursday, Nov. 8. This year, Santa will be greeted in grand holiday style with a festive parade through Nickelodeon Universe® and a special welcome from his loveable Elves.
The arrival ceremony will also feature performances by cast members from the Broadway musical “Elf,” showing at the Ordway Music Theatre December 5 – 30. Kids can make their own Elf hat, write letters to Santa and snack on cookies, milk and hot cocoa provided by Nestle Tollhouse.
Following the arrival ceremony, Santa will be available for photos in West Market Square until 9 p.m. For a complete listing of Santa’s schedule, click here.
There are more ways to meet Santa Claus this holiday season. Busy families can schedule an appointment for photos and visit with Santa in a more intimate setting between Nov. 10 and Dec. 24.
