Skindinavia is a company that I was recently made aware of. I am not a huge makeup user, but looking at the photos I took of myself recently, maybe I should be! Eek!- Shake well before use.
- Apply over makeup once a day or as needed.
- Spray mist 4-6 times, 8-10 inches from the face.
- Let dry.
- For best results, apply just before mascara. Spray 2-4 times in an “X” or “T” formation.
- The bottle says up to 16 hours of coverage.
- Rinse with water to remove.
This photo is of myself in the morning, hair air drying after a shower. I would say that I have normal skin, sometimes a bit dry.
Here is me with some Avon light brown eye shadow, mineral foundation and blush. I also applied some Revlon lipstick to give a little color. I applied this at 9 a.m. This is with no mascara. With applying the Skindinavia, it felt like I was misting my face. It had a light scent, seemed like a hint of floral fragrance. My face felt wet for a while, but it dried in not much time. It did not leave my makeup feeling stiff and I did think it improve the look of my skin. It was nice to not see it settle in and accent my crow’s feet.
I took another photo of myself at 6 p.m. I thought the foundation and eye shadow held fairly true throughout the day. My lipstick wore off, but I did not focus on applying Skindinavia to my lips with the worry of ingesting. The color of my skin got a bit washed out in this photo from the flash.

Our first customers were makeup artists in Los Angeles and New York City who used Skindinävia to keep makeup fresh under high stress conditions on stage and set. In 2010, nearly 1,000,000 women worldwide discovered Skindinävia. We have been featured in top fashion publications such as Allure, Marie Claire, Self, Elle, Ladies Home Journal, Brides, and in Vogue Magazine as a 2009 “Top 10.” Our finishes are used on hit television shows like ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, Project Runway, and were used at the 2010 Oscar Awards in Hollywood.
