Review of Fisher Price Infant-Toddler Rocking Chair

April 8, 2011 by Karen

About a month ago, Target had a daily deal for the Fisher Price Infant-Toddler Rocking Chair for about $25.00 with free shipping.  I grabbed that deal on the chair to be used for our son.  He is 3-months-old currently.

Our son loves the music that it plays when you pull on the center toy to the tune of “When You Are Happy and You Know It” and has started to bat at the toys.  It has a bar that folds underneath when rocking or when the bar is advanced forward, the chair becomes stationary at a reclining or upright position.  He isn’t doing too much in the chair right now, but I think it will become more of a hit as he grows, can reach the toy bar and figure how to cause a rocking movement to the chair.  It may not be such a hit for children under 5-6 months with not being able to rock the chair on their own or reach the toy bar.  It does have soothing vibrations like a bouncy seat

May 25, 2011 UPDATE:  This week, my son has started to figure out how to pull the bug in the center that plays music.  The rocking chair is becoming more and more fun for him since he can now interact with the hanging critters.
