I recently applied to review Healthy Eating for Kids. As a family with young children, I try to often share healthy eating habits that will hopefully continue with them lifelong.

Review:
Healthy Eating For Kids is nicely organized, making it easy to look up the type of meal you want to make. It brings up some important tips, like having the child help out with prep/assembly in the kitchen. I think this makes the child more interested in what they are eating and often times more accommodating to at least try what they are being served.
A few recipes are good ones most of us are aware of, such as “Ants On a Log”, but this book certainly brings up some new ones, “Hulk Juice” and a recipe to give your kids more veggies called “Sneaky Spaghetti Sauce”, to name a few. The ingredients are common, nothing that needs to come from a specialty shop or can not be easily pronounced. There are only a few items we may not have in our kitchen everyday, like tofu and soy milk, but should be readily available in our local supermarket.
Only negative I can come up with is there are no images with the recipes. The only images outside of the cover are clip art images with the introduction of each new section.
The few recipes that I have tried are easy to make and were favorable with my children. It has been a nice routine change for our family and mixes up what I would normally serve to my kids or our family on a weekly basis. It seems to be a good addition in promoting the foundation of healthy eating.
You can purchase the E-Book at http://healthy-eating-for-kids.com/ for $9.95 with a 8 week money back guarantee or for Kindle at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005UPPHA8 for currently $0.99.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
