Rendi was created by a husband and wife team in Trinidad, Colorado, twenty years ago.  Annie and Mark Danielson started their business with their primary goal of creating jobs.  They also wanted women to succeed with work that they could arrange around family life and yet have the means to contribute to their family’s income.  It’s great to learn of another company with their products made in the USA.

Rendi allows you to create an expressive, custom gift for yourself or a loved one.  You can also throw a home party featuring Rendi products or join to be a Rendi Independent Stylist.  The word Rendi means “you make” in Italian.  

Each Rendi piece is an original creation.  They are earth friendly too.  The frames and signs are made with 100% reclaimed wood and water-based finishes.

I ordered a sign from Rendi for this review.  I selected 

It came uniquely wrapped in this reusable mailer.

Here it is inside the mailer.  I elected to just add our family name.  The rest of the wording was as default.  You can customize the text and color of wording as you so desire.  There were also a couple different fonts to select from when customizing. 

The back comes with a wooden dowel so you can prop it up on a surface or it can be mounted on the wall with a nail or screw head.  This sign seems to be constructed well.

I elected to place this pretty sign on our kitchen counter top in order to be more visible to our house guests.
