I had the opportunity to recently view The Promise: The Birth of the Messiah and share it with my family. It’s a charming musical with what I believe to a fairly accurate adaptation of the birth store of Jesus. If you didn’t catch it in the image, this movie is animated and is 45 minutes in length. My children were all able to sit attentively through the movie, even for a second time tonight. The songs are beautiful and what a great story to share during the holidays.
