If you have a child using a carseat, I think you will sympathize with me on the time spent fishing for the car seat buckle. - Place the loop over the buckle
- Attach the clip to the material at the bottom of the harness adjust opening (I moved clip from pic above to reflect using instructions properly)
- Tighten the cord with the lock to prevent the buckle from resting in the bottom of the seat
- When released, the buckle retracts
