For Christmas this year, we are forgoing the heavy, large meal and sharing our time together with friends and family over an assortment of appetizers. A quick and easy appetizer is simply sharing a tray with an assortment of meats and cheeses. Klement’s makes great summer sausage for easy holiday entertaining and there is more than one flavor to choose from.
My family and I have sampled Klement’s Original Summer Sausage, Garlic Summer Sausage, and Cheddar Summer Sausage. They all are delicious. But wait, there’s more. There is also Klement’s Beef Summer Sausage, Jalapeno Summer Sausage, and Fit Lifestyle Summer Sausage available. They all come in 12 oz. logs and there is also the 1. lb Klement’s Double Smoker Summer Sausage, and 2 lb. logs in the beef, original, and garlic varieties. Beef and original are packaged as slices too. All varieties but the beef are a combination of beef and pork.

Depending on the size of your platter or tray, assembly of a meat and cheese tray is easy. Simply slice the meats and cheeses you plan to use and arrange with or without crackers for your guests to enjoy. Refrigerate as needed. Now you have time to relax or spend more time visiting with others.
The meats produced by Klement’s are always made in small batches and are naturally hardwood smoked. Klement’s uses recipes that have been in their family for generations to make their delicious meats. Their products do not contain MSG. All are gluten free, but the Klement’s Beer Bratwurst. They are made in my neighboring state of Wisconsin with their storefront in Milwaukee.
