Jack the Giant Slayer DVD Combo Giveaway and App

Warner Bros. announced the arrival of Jack the Giant Slayer that was released on DVD & Blu-ray recently on June 18. I am working with Warner Bros. and they supplied me with the following materials and the prize for this giveaway.
