My family and I recently sampled some of Gorton’s Grilled Fillets. The fillets in this collection are 80-100 calories each, filled with lean protein, and are gluten-free.
We tried tilapia in roasted garlic and butter and tilapia seasoned with herbs and spices in the signature grilled variety. I liked the Gorton’s Signature Grilled Tilapia a bit more in flavor versus the Gorton’s Grilled Tilapia in Roasted Garlic in Butter, but both were moist and tender. We have to prepare the Classic Grilled Salmon yet, which uses wild caught and not farm raised salmon. Alaskan Pollock is also available in the grilled fillet collection.
Gorton’s Grilled Fillets are a nice way to get Omega-3s in the diet and are easy to prepare. The fillets took under 20 minutes to bake and get to the table so they are great for a weeknight dinner when you don’t have a lot of time to prepare meals for yourself or the family.
