Glam It Up

Last month, I found some great deals on www.totsy.com.  One deal was for Glam Art that is made by Fubulous Wubulous (www.fubwub.com).  I had ordered Glam Art in two collections, Fancy Fairies and Girly Garden.  Each collection comes with three art board prints.  There is non-stick paper over the glue dots for gems and sequins to adhere to and is to be peeled off as the child/adult works on the adhesive areas.  A clear wax crayon is included, which helps to pick up the sequins from a paper tray, which is also included.  The dots are color coded for the included gems and sequins when placing on the prints or own design may be created.

My intent was one for my four-year-old daughter and one for my two-year-old daughter.  I thought I needed to treat them alike.  The four-year-old quickly did her Glam Art Fancy Fairies collection.  My two-year-old had interest that was short-lived.  That was an huge oversight on my part.  I can occasionally sit with the two-year-old and place a few sequins, but the Girly Garden may also be left in the hands of my four-year-old to also be completed.  My daughter likes how they sparkle and I think it helps build hand-eye coordination.
