Foldflops “unfold and go”
Before this review opportunity, I had never heard of Foldflops. Interesting concept, a flip flop that can be folded and put into a bag that is included with purchase for easy transport. Foldflops were invented by Mary Kiser, who was once a banker. Mary was on a trip to Paris and had an “ah-ha” moment, or as she recalls, “ouch moment” to create Foldflops after suffering from sore feet.
This shows what is included in the box. The flip flops, a bag for storage/transport, and two bands to hold the flip flop folded over.
Here is a close-up of the fold. Foldflops are made of EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) and they weigh 5-9 oz., depending upon shoe size. The have a porous topsole to resist dirt and sweat.

They are compact and can be stored anywhere, from the pocket of cargo pants to your car glove compartment.
Here it is on my foot. I like how it has a bit of a heel wedge and does feel good on my feet. It has more support than other flip flops I have worn.
Foldflops are waterproof and UV resistant. They are available in sizes 5/6-11/12 for women are are also available for men in sizes 7/8-12/13. Colors for women are: black, red, champagne, pink, and blue. Men’s is available in black and champagne. Foldflops retail for $20.
