I was lucky enough to win Fashion Headbands by Creativity For Kids off a giveaway by Two Shades of Pink
http://www.twoshadesofpink.blogspot.com, who features some wonderful craft ideas. Layne was so excited when she opened the box that we had to do assemble the headbands right away. Thankfully, time fell when the younger two were napping.
I had not heard of Creativity For Kids and went on the website to see their products. They have lots of interesting kits. I think I may be spending more time on it later http://www.creativityforkids.com.
This neat kit comes with 10 headbands and many embellishments to decorate and personalize them with. I think this kit helps with developing imagination and hand-eye coordination. It comes with an adhesive glue and that is the only thing I had issues with. I don’t know if I wasn’t putting enough on or putting on too much, but I did have to re-apply some of the embellishments. Layne does like taking them on and off and maybe isn’t the most gentle, but I may need to hot glue some of the rhinestones and so forth later to give them a more permanent presence. Here are some pics of the kit and our finished products. Layne was kind enough to share half of the headbands with Jayden when we were through.
