I don’t know why, but over about the last month, my son has developed dry, reddened patches on his face, chest, and very few areas on his legs. I have been trying Episencial Soothing Cream for the last few weeks, applying every 2-3 days to his skin.
I was introduced to Episencial Soothing Cream as part of a Healthy Home Party from Health Child Healthy World. You can get a great box of samples/products to share with friends and inform them of some great green products for a minimal fee of $20 that you can write off as a tax deductible donation. Their website is http://healthychild.org/get-involved/healthy_home_parties/
I thought the cream was light in texture and had a very mild scent that was pleasant from the fruit extracts. It seemed to absorb well into my son’s skin and did not leave him feeling greasy. The cream is white in color and somewhat sheer in appearance. I think it has greatly improved the dry areas he has experienced.
I ordered the soothing cream from www.amazon.com and it was $10 and free shipping with a $25 qualifying order. The packaging is done cleverly with artwork from Eric Carle from “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”. I think this has been a great product and I am happy with the results I have seen with my son’s skin.
