Disney on Ice Passport to Adventure

December 13, 2013 by Karen

After dealing with a child that got a short-lived tummy bug and lost her lunch while traveling down the parking ramp by the Xcel Energy Center last night, we made it to the show.  Whew!  We had the privilege of watching Disney on Ice last year and I felt it had more of a princess theme, which my daughters liked.  This new show features stories that I think will appeal equally to both genders.

Passport to Adventure has the classic characters of Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy off on an adventure to explore the Pride Lands with Nala and Simba; spending time with Ariel and beautiful creatures of the sea; Stitch becoming part of Lilo’s family; off to London with Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Wendy, Micheal and John; off to Never Land to catch the antics of the Lost Boys and battle Captain Hook.

The show was about 1 hr 40 minutes in length with one intermission.  Disney on Ice Passport to Adventure is a treat for all ages with showcasing some of our favorite Disney characters, lights, music, and beautiful costumes.

If you are looking to buy tickets yet for Sat., Dec. 14th, or Sun., Dec. 15th.  code HAPPY will save you $4 per ticket (valid on the $16 and $24 tickets) by calling 1-800-745-3000 or on Ticketmaster.com using this code too.  This is just for the 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday shows and the 5 p.m. show on Sunday at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.  Limit six tickets per order and does not apply to front row or VIP seats.  I received the code on a piece of paper when viewing Disney Junior Live a few months ago.  It said it could be used in person at the Xcel Energy Center Box Office, but I think you needed the slips of paper physically in hand to redeem with that option.

Disclosure:  I received a four pack of tickets to Disney on Ice in exchange for an honest review.  The thoughts and feelings expressed are my own.  No other compensation was received for this post.
