Dickey’s Barbecue Pit added a few new items to their lip smacking menu this month – Buttery Cornbread Sandwiches in Spicy Chicken and Sweet Pulled Pork. They are $5.95 each.
I was in Rogers this past Thursday and picked up the buttery cornbread sandwiches to go. I was given the option of adding pickles and onion slices. The server kindly provided the sauces in lidded cups so I could add them at my leisure and not bite into a soggy sandwich. The scents escaping from the bag were tantalizing my taste buds until I could stop with my daughter to savor the flavors.
