Review: Cool Creations in 35 Pieces is Sean Kenney’s sixth book that features LEGO creations. Sean is a LEGO-certified professional. He is one of the few in the world who are paid to create sculptures and models out of LEGO pieces as a job. You can amaze your children by telling them they can make a living with their LEGO talent!
LEGO pieces are a favorite among children and adults alike. Did you know the first LEGO toy brick was created in 1949? Now you can be inspired to create robots, furniture, or even vehicles with no more than 35 pieces. There are 75 creations featured in Cool Creations in 35 Pieces. This title is recommended for children ages 4-8. It includes great color photos and step by step instructions.
My oldest two have LEGO Friends and my son has large LEGO pieces. This isn’t a perfect match, but here is a small camera created with inspiration from Sean’s book.
I see that Sean has a link on his site to buy the pieces featured in his book and you can also upload and share your creation at http://www.seankenney.com/books/35_pieces. Cool Creations in 35 Pieces seems like a great source of inspiration for children and even a fun way for parents to engage in this pastime with their child.
