I have used Cook’n recipe organizer software over the last few years. Cook’n 11 is their newest version and it is awesome!
The previous version had the option to capture, where you could go into the Cook’n software and be able to pull up a recipe on the internet and “capture” that information. It would then populate all the information for you into the software program.
I am a big Taste of Home fan so it was great to capture recipes off their website and then be able to donate a few cookbooks. That’s what I would use the previous version of Cook’n the most for. There were of course other features too, but now Cook’n 11 has taken it a few steps forward and has made the software compatible with other devices and other networks, like Pinterest.

I like having the Cook’n app on my phone and being able to capture recipes with a simple photo shot and now all my Pinterest recipes are accessible through Cook’n 11 too. I am kind of a fly by the seat of your pants girl so I really need to get on board and utilize Cook’n for their functions of menu planning and creating shopping lists. This could help my family eat healthier.
Once I have done more organizing, I can share recipes on Pinterest, Facebook, with other Cook’n users, send with e-mail, utilize as PDFs, text, or Word documents, and even get special formatting to possibly help my rank on Google with sharing on my blog.
If you were to purchase Cook’n, you would be eligible to download a cookbook of your choice for free (a $30 value). There are over 170 cookbooks to select from. Cook’n 11 has a suggested retail price of $79.95. I have never shopped on the site before, but saw BuyDepot.com had the software for $49.99 tonight.
