I have been experimenting with The Essential Chili Salt Collection over the last few weeks. This set includes the following 4 oz. blends:

We tried the assortment of Chili Salts on t-bone steaks that turned out nice and tender. My husband went light on the seasonings as a first time trial so the flavor included a mild amount of heat. I made homemade potato chips a few days ago and use the Chili Labs Pequin Chili Salt with more of a generous application. The kids were afraid to touch the chips and they did carry quite a bit more heat, but still unique and very edible.
