I was recently offered the newest product in the Celsius® product line called Flo Fusion™. Celsius® is the world’s first negative calorie beverage. I thought this would be a great time to give it a go with my upcoming 20th high school reunion this summer (Eek! How could it already be this long?) and with shorts and capris being added back into the closet soon again.

Flo Fusion™ comes in on-the-go packets. Simply tear open a packet and add it to 12-16 oz. of water. This is NOT labeled to be a magic weight loss product. You still need a healthy diet and moderate exercise to achieve your weight loss goals. Flo Fusion™ is to be consumed pre-workout.
This product does not contain sugar, aspartame, is low in sodium, and is labeled to not have any high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. It is vitamin enriched and I would have to agree the orange and berry flavors that I sampled are great tasting.
I don’t like the gym and physical activity has to be fun in order for me to want to participate. I have been taking Flo Fusion™ before playing with the kids outside and I would have to agree that I feel more energetic after drinking this product. I like that the flavor helps me up my water intake during the day too.
Flo Fusion™ is not recommended for people who are caffeine sensitive, children under 18, or women pregnant or nursing. There is 200 mg caffeine per serving, which is one stick. With this in mind, I don’t want to take Flo Fusion™ after early afternoon for the half-life of caffeine so I can yet have a restful sleep. The packaging says to have one to three sticks per day.
The berry and orange flavors contain natural flavor, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), citric acid, sucralose (artificial sweetener), and erythritol (sugar alcohol). The orange flavor also contains annatto and silicon dioxide. The berry flavor has the addition of beet root powder.
Personally, I would love a different sweetener to be used. I would gladly take a little real sugar in the product or a stevia blend over the sucralose and consume a few calories if it yet helps me feel more energetic and wanting partake in more physical activity.
