Celebrate National Potato Chip Day with Boulder Canyon

Tomorrow, March 14, is National Potato Chip Day!  Boulder Canyon Foods, a craft kettle chip manufacturer, was started in the early 1990’s by two brothers.  They created a new way of making kettle chips with high-quality American-grown potatoes that are cooked with oils that can accommodate higher cooking temperatures, like sunflower, safflower, olive, and avocado.  Then the chips are finished off with natural ingredients.  ðŸ™‚

Boulder Canyon has recently introduced three new chip flavors that are cooked with 100% rice bran oil.  Just like the rest of their products, Boulder Canyon Rice Bran Oil chips are Certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO and don’t contain any trans fat, MSG or cholesterol.  The three new flavors are:

Roasted Jalapeno: The smoky heat of roasted jalapenos in these chips gives taste buds a savory burn.

Teriyaki Ginger: These chips pair zesty ginger and tangy teriyaki flavors to create the perfect Asian flavor.

Himalayan Pink Salt: Featuring the increasingly popular Himalayan Pink Salt and all its natural benefits, this chip has just the right amount of flavor in each bit.

I was sent a bag of Boulder Canyon Roasted Jalapeño and it was delicious!  My husband loves spicy food so he found them an automatic tastebud winner, but I found them great too!

    Roasted Jalapeno is the one i would try . i think that make great potato chip crusted chicken
