Sampling the produce as they help
My oldest with “Hanky”, the kitten
We didn’t have room for the onions in the garden so they went in one of my raised beds that was partially used for asparagus.
A flower bed that is zinnias, irises, petunias and liatris
Just a pretty zinnia
Here is our pipe garden made with 8″ PVC. This is year #2 experimenting with it.
Peppers
Pak choi (chinese cabbage)
Cilantro
Basil
1st year trying the beets in the pipes
Kale
Broccoli started from seed around the 4th of July. It usually germinates well with the heat this time of year and then has less problems with insects than an earlier crop.
Cucumbers on our trellis
Our nine chickens and one rooster in their outdoor enclosure.
Zucchini
Edamame (soybeans). This our first time growing this.
Another section of pipe with Pak Choi. The deer have been stripping it off like candy if we aren’t religious with the milorganite.
One of my arch enemies in the field around our property that is planted with soybeans this year. (Photo from 6/12).
