Kerry and Chris Shook do a wonderful job writing together on this book. This is the first of their books that I have read.
In the title, it says “30 days to grow and deepen your closest relationships“. Each chapter is short to read and has wonderful challenges/homework at the end to try and to focus on improving three relationships in your life right now. I feel the suggestions are easy to follow and make you produce some thought, like, if you knew you had one month left to live, how would you live it? And when have you last truly listened to someone you love and been “all there”?
They also write this book to be very modern. It talks about taking time for the ones you love and take a “Facebook Fast” one night a week. I think the insight from Kerry and Chris do help to improve relationships. This is one book I could read over again and gather more tips to improve from. I also love the inspirational quotes included in each chapter.
A great book for those looking to improve relationships and work to making interactions with loved ones even more precious.
