And, after all, smiles are what we need most in this world.”
Review:
I think Brian and Nick Wolfe have done a great job presenting how pretty much anyone can do great face painting, from spooky beasts to a picturesque giraffe. The images are impressive and the instructions seem easy to follow. Some projects are for beginners, others are for the more seasoned artist. Along with the 50 demos, there is a CD included with two additional demos for a skull (pictured on cover) and a Mardis Gras mask. There are quite a few tips for techniques at the beginning of the book, also with images.
I think the demos shared give some great ideas for Halloween and also any face painting needed for carnivals, fundraisers, etc. I can’t wait to get and try some of the friendly demos on my children. I wasn’t planning on face painting my children this year with what they are dressing up as for Halloween, but there may be some last minute changes due to the demos featured in Extreme Face Painting!
