When working out in the yard or hitting the pool, my family and I have been trying out Block Island Suncare. This product is not greasy and is designed to be lightweight without artificial fragrances, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, gluten, and dyes. The active ingredient is 22% zinc oxide.
Block Island has a matte finish so it can go under makeup or stands alone without adding shine. This product is not tested on animals and the formula used is vegan too. It’s hard to find sunscreen safe for babies and this product is for babies, children, and adults with giving an SPF of 30.
Block Island Suncare is available in a 3.4 oz bottle and has a suggested retail of $19.99. A small amount of product seems to cover a decent amount of skin. It is recommended to apply 15 minutes before sun exposure.
