Last night, I got to share a silicone product for cupcakes. Tonight I am sharing silicone baking mats by BakeItFun. These mats are supplied in a two pack. They have measurements on the side and also circles printed on them for cookies. This type of baking mat is FDA safe, German grade, and made of BPA free silicone. You can bake or cook without oil, parchment paper or foil.
BakeItFun mats are heat-resistant from -40°F up to 450°F. This is probably a given that they are oven safe, but you can also place them in the microwave and freezer. Clean-up can be done in the dishwasher. This brand of mat can be used up to 2000 times. The dimensions are: 16 ½” x 11″ and have a 0.75mm thickness.
