You may remember a while back I had the opportunity to be introduced to BabyGanics and review their hand and face wipes. Today I am back with BabyGanics Cover-Up Baby! Pure Mineral Sunscreen review.
BabyGanics products are made in the USA and not tested on animals. This company was started by two family guys who wanted to create a safe, clean, and healthy environment for their babies, pets, and themselves.
BabyGanices Cover-Up Baby! Pure Mineral Sunscreen has an SPF of 30 with UVA and UVB protection. It is water-resistant for up to 40 minutes and does NOT contain parabens, sulfates, phthalates, non-particles, PABA (Para-aminobenzoic acid), or fragrances. The active ingredients of BabyGanices Cover-Up Baby! are titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. This formula is hypoallergenic and tear free.
It is recommended to apply sunscreen 15 minutes before heading out in the sun and to apply every two hours when not sweating or swimming. You should re-apply your sunscreen immediately after towel drying.
We’ve had quite a few rainy days lately, but my children and I have tried BabyGanics Cover-Up Baby! Mineral Sunscreen on a few occasions. The product is expressed easily and isn’t not so thick that it is difficult to rub in. Some sunscreens feel heavy or greasy and I did not notice these or any other ill effects from Oh-Baby! Sunscreen. There is a minute odor when initially applying that doesn’t last long and the product seems effective. We’ve been out playing in the yard and working on the garden – no sunburn.
BabyGanices Cover-Up Baby! is available in a 4 oz. tube with a suggested retail of $10.99. This product may be found at Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby, babiesrus.com, diapers.com, and other retailers that can be found here.
