Four Legged Adoptees

My sister and her family are currently en route to Italy as I write this.  The two little ones pictured here are their two pugs, Peggy and Harry.  Peggy is eight and Harry is six.  We have had them for a few weeks now.

With three young children traveling in her family, we agreed it may be easier to leave the dogs here in the U.S. until they can find housing off base (is with military) and get situated before having the dogs experience a long flight.

I’m not sure how long Peggy and Harry will be with us, but they may experience their first winter with snow that stays…for a very long time.
