Review: David Sticker Book is a great book for young kids. It is 12 pages in length plus four pages of stickers to complete the illustrations, which are very colorful. This book shares how David slays Goliath and becomes one of the greatest kings of Israel in simple, easy to understand sentences for children.
Not only is this book wonderful for the story and how it is presented, but it allows children to work on creating this book with sticker placement. The stickers have a bit of leniency. If it doesn’t line up perfectly, you can slowly lift up and adjust them without instantly tearing the paper. There are shape outlines to help guide the child and find where the stickers are to go in the book. David Sticker Book looks to be equally fun for boys and girls. My six-year-old couldn’t wait to grab this book off my kitchen counter and dig right in with placing the stickers. Now we can share a story she has helped create.
