As a parent, I remember the daunting task of repeatedly putting socks back on when my children were younger.  They would pull or kick their socks off.  
Sock Ons are to to prevent this, keeping socks on little ones.  Their inventor is Kezi Levin, a mom of five boys, who were always losing their socks.  Sock Ons slip over the sock and “lock” it in place.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
To ensure a good fit, use the right size for your baby. Always put the ordinary sock on baby first, then place the Sock Ons® over, ensuring a snug fit, as per display packaging.
REMOVE SOCK ONS® WHEN LEAVING BABY FOR SLEEP/NAP.
Sock Ons® are not suitable for walking in or for wearing with shoes.
