I love trying new products and was sent a set of goodies from Edward & Sons. Edward & Sons QuickGravy is gluten-free and comes in a vegan, shiitake mushroom flavor. It’s easy to make and is ready in 3 minutes. To make it, you just need to heat up a cup of water and add the contents of the packet to it. Stir until thickened and enjoy!
I was also sent Edward & Sons Organic Mashed Potatoes in roasted garlic. This box makes four servings and just needs three basic ingredients added to it. I tried a little of the potatoes solo and then topped with the QuickGravy. This combination was hearty and satisfying.
Let’s Do Organic Sweet Potato Flour was a very unique product to me. I have seen other flours before, but not sweet potato. This product comes in a 12 oz. bag. I used this product in a pancake recipe that was included on the product bag. This flour does add a touch of sweetness to the pancakes and helps create a grain-free variation. It is USDA-certified organic as well.
