It never seems to fail that when we finally get warm weather in Minnesota, my spouse or I manage to overdo it with yard work or the garden. I blame it on getting soft from the cold winter months.

The controls are on one side. There is a power button, massage direction adjustment button, heating button, and massage speed adjustment button (medium/high/low).
The unit is corded and comes with a UL power adapter and an adapter for your vehicle. A dust-free cloth has been included to do dry cleaning of the unit too when it is unplugged. It should not be wiped down with anything wet.
When I first tried our the massager, I held it tightly against my shoulders. I wouldn’t recommend holding it tightly to begin with even on the low setting. My muscles were already a bit tender from garden work and so all the pressure I applied by holding the unit tightly against me almost felt like I was aggravating the area at first. I then gently draped the unit over my shoulders and the touch then felt like it was delivering relief to my sore muscles. The heat can be a nice addition to help muscles speed up their repairs too.
Once I discovered what amount of pressure was right for me, I found NAIPO’s massager to be very versatile. It has a 20-minute timer built into it for safety.
There are eight 3D massage nodes built into the unit. Four nodes are large and four are small that rotate clockwise or counterclockwise to help loosen sore and stiff muscles.
