I have owned an Instant Pot for almost two years and love what can be cooked in it. I also enjoy experimenting with spices. If you do too, Instant Indian should be on your radar by author Rinku Bhattacharya.
This title features 100 authentic Indian recipes and is due to be released on October 2nd. Along with giving some background on the Indian kitchen and benefits of using the Instant Pot for these recipes, traditional ingredients are listed early on in the book to give you an idea of what you will be cooking with and if you might need to purchase new ingredients.
Instant Indian features easy to follow instructions and several color photos throughout its pages. My children like naan and thankfully the author has included No-Kneed Naan. Yum! There are curries, chutneys, meats, and more.
The chapters are broken down by Make Ahead Basics, Breakfast and Snacks, Brunch and Appetizers, Side Dishes, Chutneys and Riatas, Soups and Lentils, and Fish, Poultry, Lamb and Pork, and concluded with Desserts and Drinks. You can pre-order Instant Indian on Amazon here.
