If my family or I suffer from minor symptoms, I try homeopathic remedies before seeking a doctor’s visit. The liquid drops taste a bit like alcohol in my opinion and there is 25% alcohol in it (brandy is the preservative), but it seems to help put the mind at ease on high-stress days.
pH7 Base is a dietary supplement to increase alkalinity in the body and to prevent the buildup of lactic acid. To use, a teaspoon of the product is added to 7 fl oz. of water and can be taken daily. It is enriched with minerals like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium so it won’t completely dissolve in your glass, but it is easy to take. There is Ascerola Berry Extract, mannitol, organic plant calcium, and flavorant for other ingredients in this product.
