Pielogy isn’t quite in my neck of the woods, but it does have three locations in Minnesota that range from the metro (Maple Grove and St. Paul) plus one in Mankato and other locations across the U.S.
We have Matt Kalil, the Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman, to thank for the Pieology franchise coming to Minnesota. Football and pizza are a great combination. 🙂
If you have had a chance to try their pizzas, you will note their fresh ingredients and the freedom to choose. Pieology didn’t set out to be noted as just a make-your-own pizza place. They bring along a vision to feed their community, nourish creativity, and bring people together.
When you go to a Pieology, you walk down a line and select from three sauces, four different cheeses, 17 toppings, and six “after bakes” on a thin crust. You can add pretty much as many toppings as you’d like for the base price of approximately $8. Then the pizzas are baked in a wood-fire oven.
I have a family member in the metro who was able to visit us and share the top pictured pizza that has chicken, pepperoni, and sausage. She and her family sampled the other two variations below.
We thought the ingredients did truly taste fresh and the fire roasted thin crust made a delicious combination. To find a Pieology location near you, please view their current locations. Pieology also has garden fresh signature salads, and also a few sides and sweets to tantalize your taste buds.
