Multi-talented Idina Menzel has created a touching album to showcase songs of the season in Holiday Wishes, which is out by Warner Brothers Records. My daughters love her as the voice behind Elsa in Frozen. Idina is currently performing as Elizabeth on Broadway in the production of If/Then.
Holiday Wishes (list price $13.99) was produced by Grammy Award winner Walter Afanasieff (Barbra Streisand, Celine, Dion, Mariah Carey). This collection features the classics like “All I want For Christmas Is You”, Joni Mitchell’s Christmas-themed “River”, and Idina sings a duet with Michael Bublé in “Baby It’s Cold Outside”, which is fun and flirtatious. The Holiday Wishes edition ($15.99 online) at Target also includes two bonus trackes, “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!” and “Mothers Spiritual”.
