I enjoy this time of year for being able to take the heat that comes with cooking/baking food outdoors to the grill and the great smoky or fire roasted flavor added from grilling. Arthur Aguirre shows you new ways to whip up mealtime flare with his love of BBQ in America’s Best Barbecue.
America’s Best Barbecue shares a humorous yet educational introduction by Mr. Aguirre and my husband liked that an internal temperature chart was included in this part of the book for easy referencing. The recipes appear to be easy to follow and have common ingredients while being quite unique. Have you ever considered a slice of watermelon being done up in a slider? Or how about Grilled Guacamole?
America’s Best Barbecue includes several color images too for those who like to be a bit visual when making a new dish. There are a few vegetarian recipes, but most recipes focus on meat. Check out America’s Best Barbecue for its one-of-a-kind dishes to be enjoyed by new and seasoned barbecue enthusiasts alike. This cookbook will rev up summer cookouts and impress your guests.
