Great Cookie Cutters For Kids

Here is a great cutter set for making cookies and cutting other foods with the kids by Curious Chef.  Their 5 Piece Cookie Cutter Set comes with a duck, star, butterfly, heart, and teddy bear.

The cookie cutters have a rubbery top that makes them gentle on large and small hands.  They can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.

The colors used are vibrant and fun and each shape features a different color.  The bottom surface of these cookie cutters are non-skid and I think they are great for a 3 or 4-year-olds and above.  The recommended age by Curious Chef is 4+.

Curious Chef Cookie Cutters are a nice big size (12.5″ L x 12.25″ W x 5.1″ H) so they don’t leave much bread left behind and are easy to press down.  Their cutters are also BPA free.

Here is my little guy who will be turning four in a few weeks helping with the Betty Crocker cookies I featured earlier today with a giveaway.  He had a blast creating shapes.

Caleb was a little overzealous with putting pressure on the Curious Chef cutters at first because the really don’t take much effort to use.

He didn’t want to stop once he got going so lots of fun for little hands and it’s great to have kids involved in the kitchen.

To check out the Curious Chef 5 Piece Cookie Cutter Set, please visit their website.  My son’s early childhood and family education teacher shared Curious Chef’s nylon knives with me in class today.  The children seem to really enjoy doing this normally cautious activity while leaving us parents watch on while being free of worry.

Disclosure:  I received a Curious Chef 5 Piece Cookie Cutter Set for this review.  No other compensation was received.  The thoughts and feelings expressed are my own.

Love those cookie cutters. Cody loves to help in the kitchen and those duck and bear ones are adorable.
